We require a 20% deposit to secure your inflatable rental—because our bouncy castles and water slides are in high demand, and we wouldn’t want anyone else to jump in and steal your spot! The deposit is non-refundable(womp womp) unlessthe weather decides to crash the party with heavy rain or high winds on the day of your event. If you need to cancel for another reason, we’ll hold onto your deposit, and you can use it for a future booking for up to one year.
Plans change—we get it! If you need to adjust your party time, give us a heads-up at least a week before your event (earlier is even better). We’ll do our best to make it work, but since our delivery routes are scheduled tighter than a bouncy house at max capacity, last-minute changes might not be possible. If you’re hoping to keep the inflatable overnight, let us know at the time of booking—our inflatables love slumber parties, but we need to plan ahead!
These inflatables and claw machines are heavy(some weigh over 300 pounds)! We can handle a fewsteps (five or fewer), but steep slopes, loose gravel, and tricky pathways are a no-go. If you’re wondering whether we can get the inflatable to your setup spot, ask yourself: Could I easily roll a refrigerator there by myself?If not, we probably can’t either! For safety reasons, our delivery team has the final say on whether a location is accessible. If we can’t deliver due to an unsafe setup area, you’d still be responsible for the rental fee—so pick a smooth, level spot to keep the fun bouncing!
Rain and inflatables? Not a great mix. If heavy rain or high winds are forecasted on your event day, you can cancel by the morning of your partyfor a full refund—because nobody wants a slippery slide disaster! However, once we’ve delivered and set up, there are no refunds if the skies decide to open up mid-party. If you want to play it safe, consider setting up under a large tent or choosing an indoor venue to keep the fun going, rain or shine!
Absolutely! We give each inflatable a good scrub-down after every rental using kid-safe, non-toxic cleaners—because no one wants to bounce around in yesterday’s cake crumbs. Our team ensures every bouncy house and water slide is fresh, clean, and ready for action before your event. If you are shopping around with other companies, ask if they use non-toxic organic cleaners because your kids will be rolling around in those chemicals. We never use harsh chemicals like others may.
To make setup a breeze, make sure there is a clear, obstacle-free path from the truck to your setup area. No narrow gates, overgrown bushes, or surprise staircases, please! The setup space should be clear of rocks, branches, pet messes, and anything else that could get in the way of maximum fun. Know where your power outlets are and have outdoor extension cords handy, the blowers need to be plugged into a standard outlet within reach.
Claw machines have to be indoors on a hard surface. Our inflatables love grassyareas the most, but we can also set up on pavement, turf, or even indoors—just let us know in advance so we can bring the right setup equipment! Water slides and larger inflatables mustbe staked into the ground for safety, so they’re only available for grass setups. Driveways? Not ideal but we can do it, as long as they’re flat and level.
We understand that normal wear and tear happens (we’ve seen a lotof epic parties). But if damage occurs due to misuse—like sharp objects, roughhousing, or ignoring safety rules—you’ll be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Some of these inflatables are worth thousands of dollars, so we recommend following all safety guidelines to keep the fun (and your wallet) intact!
