Claw Frenzy Rental Agreement & Liability Disclosure
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided in your rental request, including event details, location, and contact information, is accurate. Claw Frenzy is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Non-Refundable Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before your event. No payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
- Delivery & Setup
- Machines are for indoor use only unless a covered outdoor area is approved in advance.
- Delivery is only available to locations with paved, level access. Venues requiring stair navigation must have a freight elevator or prior approval for alternate access.
- Customers must ensure a clear and accessible path for delivery. Claw Frenzy is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to obstructions or improper venue conditions.
- Liability & Damages
- Once setup is complete, you assume full responsibility for the rented machines and any damages that may occur during the rental period.
- Claw Frenzy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment.
- You agree to use the machines as intended and follow all provided guidelines.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy, which aligns with industry standards.
- Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: Claw Frenzy is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
- Agreement to Terms: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
