Booking Deposit – Lock in Your Fun!To reserve your epic Claw Frenzy experience, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your claw machines, bouncy houses, and water slides are all set for party domination!
- If Mother Nature decides to throw a tantrum (rain, high winds, fires, or other Acts of Chaos), we’ll issue a full refund of your deposit.
- If you need to reschedule for reasons like schedule conflicts or sudden cases of “Oops, double booked!” your deposit can be applied to another event within one year of the original booking.
- Once we deliver and set up the fun, all payments are final—so make sure your event is good to go!
Weather Woes – Rain or Shine?
- Rain Before the Party (But Not During): If it’s looking gloomy on delivery or pick-up day but your party day is dry, we may need to adjust your rental time to a same-day delivery and pick-up (between 11 AM and 5 PM). We don’t charge extra for this, but we also can’t offer discounts since we’ll be working double-time to juggle schedules. (If you can control the weather, please let us know!)
- Rain on Your Party Day: If it’s a soggy forecast (40% or higher chance of rain), we won’t be able to set up and will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel due to weather, we’ll refund you in full. However, if we’ve already delivered and then it rains, there’s no refund—we’ve already done the work and the bouncy houses will need a serious drying session.
- Since weather is as unpredictable as a toddler with a marker, we make final weather-related cancellations 24 hours before your event.
Wind Warning – Up, Up, and Away! (But Not Really)Our inflatables may look like they could fly, but we promise they’re better on the ground! If wind speeds are forecasted at 15 mph or higher, we cannot set up for safety reasons. If winds suddenly pick up during your event, please turn off the blower immediately until things settle down. (Trust us, no one wants to chase a bouncy house down the street.)
Setup Surfaces & Fees – Where Should the Fun Go?
- We secure our inflatables with either stakes or sandbags. If staking isn’t possible and sandbags are needed, there’s a small $3 fee per sandbag.
- Staking is always the most secure option, so if your setup allows for it, we highly recommend it!
Cleaning Fees – Keep It Fun, Not Furry!
- No Silly String, gum, candy, food, drinks, confetti, sand, water, hay, or tapein or around our claw machines, bouncy houses, or water slides. (Yes, we’ve seen it all!)
- If we return to find a glitter explosion or a bouncy house that looks like it hosted a snack food festival, there’s a $50 cleaning fee(or $1,000 if it involves Silly String or glitter, because that stuff NEVER goes away!).
Last-Minute Changes – Help Us Help You!
- Need to adjust your order? Let us know ASAP! Our busiest seasons (holidays, end of school, etc.) book up fast, so we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
- If you need a specific drop-off or pick-up time within a 1-hour window, there’s a $35 time-sensitive fee. Need an exact time? It’s an $80 feeto guarantee it.
Stairs & Steep Inclines – Keep It Smooth!
- Our equipment is HEAVY(think 300-600 lbs!), and while we have fancy dollies, stairs and steep hills make delivery unsafe. We cannotdeliver to locations requiring stair climbing or extreme inclines.
